Zig Zag yarn is knitted or weaved and transformed to be the fabric without color at all. Then the fabric is run though the dyeing process as the fabric form at the dye house. During the piece dyeing process. The dye stuff is absorbed to the particular parts of fabric which is the main property of Zig Zag yarn. At the end of the dyeing process, you will get the fabric with the two-shade colors (one is lighter and one is darker) on it by using our recommended pretreatment process and dyeing as the regular dyeing process for cotton.

ZEROYARN STORY
ZERO yarn is a prepared for dyeing raw white cotton yarn. Itself does not have color, but after fabric dyeing process ,the color effect will show like Zebra look.
Suitable for knitting the whole piece of fabric first then dye it in normal reactive dyeing process. Moreover to knit 1 ZERO yarn with 1 raw white cotton yarn on knitting machine then dye piece-fabric will still get the same effect like Zebra but lower the cost significantly.
