FASHION OF TONE100 YARN
TONE100 yarnis one of Kongkiat innovative product that could solve the problem of lead time for many garment factory. The brief concept of TONE100 yarn is that you can dye the 100% cotton fabric with different depth of shade of the same color (normally, this different color is called TONE on TONE color). Knitting factory can keep the knitted fabric as raw white fabric. When the final customer request tell the knitting or garment house the color , the factory just dye the exactly TONE on TONE color on the knitted fabric. This product TONE100 will save your processing time as the result.( the dyeing method need to be studied and tested before using this product since it is different than the normal reactive dyeing method.)
