Melange yarn / Top dyed yarn is our main running product. We have developed more than 500 colors. The popular shades are gray, navy and brown. Customers can order 100% cotton, TC, CVC or other special blending according to their end-customers.
New concept of fancy yarn called Raw white to Raw white fancy effect. We combine our specialty blending fancy effect with the raw white technique. So our customer can buy only one type of yarn and dyed it into different color. Examples of these products are raw white Neps yarn which customers can dyed background part and neps part separately, Zero yarn which has long stripe effect on the fabric after it is dyed, Tone20 which is called invisible melange ( the m lange effect will show after dyed fabric), etc. Benefits from RW2RW concept are low minimum stock of each fancy yarn, lower inventory cost, reduce lost from knitting process, fasten knitting production
Kongkiat produce a lot of special blending which create a set of very unique effect on the fabric. Samples are Neps yarn, a small cotton or poly dot on fabric, Eel yarn, a stripy plus melange effect, hot yarn, a luminous color melange yarn, etc. We believe that no other spinning mill can create the same variety in fancy effect as we can. We will not stop creating something new to the market.
Space dyed yarn is a special type of dyed yarn which have from 2 to 4 colors on the yarn. So after knitting, the fabric will get random spread over color effect.
