Definition: Code: TONE20is the raw white cotton yarn with pre-treatment in our dyeing and spinning process (fancy effect techniques) to change the reactive color absorbability. Some parts are stronger coloring and some parts are weaker coloring (less depth) comparing to a normal raw white yarn (untreated cotton yarn). These knitted or woven fabrics of TONE20 is normal white fabric (called PFD: prepared for dyeing yarn) and have been dyed by reactive dyestuff with fabric dyeing process by Special dyeing method. We can get top-dyed mlange fabric. This special dyeing method, we will introduce with our cluster only.Definition : code: TONE100is also the raw white cotton yarn with the similar property to TONE20. But TONE100 has a much stronger coloring (depth) than TONE20, not mlange effect but solid color look.
